We aim to ensure that all pricing information on the Scandi Kids website is accurate, however, occasionally an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the website at our discretion at any time before we accept your order.
Scandi Kids takes every reasonable care to ensure that information provided is accurate and up–to–date. Scandi Kids cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies, however caused.
Orders
Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If you wish to make any corrections, changes or cancel the order please email us immediately. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been dispatched. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your order confirmation email.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email please let us know and we will verify the email you have entered and send you a copy of your order and your order number.
Scandi Kids product availability is updated daily. However, in case an item has sold out prior to an order being placed, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and give you the choice of canceling your order or waiting until the product is back in stock. We will also notify you when the product is expected to be back in stock.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Scandi Kids reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Shipping
All orders will be dispatched the following working day. Scandi Kids charges 5.75 AUD for most orders within Australia. For orders outside Australia please email us and we will notify you of shipping options and costs.
Returns
All products on our site have been carefully selected in order to provide you with the best in style and quality. At Scandi kids we want you, our valued customer, to be happy and satisfied with all of the items purchased on our site. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Scandi Kids you can return the product for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), and we will advise you of the return details. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be unused and with tags attached. The customer must cover the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty. Please state the reason for returning the item(s) in your email and if you wish to have a refund or exchange. When we receive your return in its original condition, we will issue your refund or ship the exchange.
If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference.
Promotional Emails
By placing an order with Scandi Kids you authorise us to send you occasional promotional emails, sale offers and new product updates. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails you can unsubscribe at any time.
