My name is Laura, I grew up in Boras, Sweden and came to Australia in 1999 to study. Eleven years later I am still living here, in Brisbane, and loving it as much now as I did when I first arrived. The arrival of my own daughter sparked my search for children’s products that are of high quality and just that little bit different. When visiting my family in Sweden I found what I was looking for. I was reminded of the distinct Scandinavian style defined by minimalism, functionality and quality. I found myself excited by the multitude of products that are simple, beautiful, stylish and fresh. Scandi Kids will offer you the best of Scandinavian designed children’s products that encourage your child to learn while having fun. Clothing should be functional and a pleasure for kids to wear and be seen in. Scandinavia is well renowned for high product and environmental standards, which means that most of our products are organic and/or eco-certified.
This is just the start. We aim to continually expand our range as we explore the suitability of both well-known and emerging Scandinavian design brands, to the tastes and needs of discerning Australian parents and their children.
